We never liked the 18th Amendment anyways so lets celebrate 21! Again! Shaving is going to make up a trail amongst a winter wonderland and after, we can celebrate by doing what the 21st Amendment gives us the right to do. Drink a couple beers!
What do you need? Great question! $8 Hash cash, a whistle, a cranial illumination device, hash attire (warmer would be better, but that's up to you), a chair, chalk, thirsty friends, virgins and whatever else you believe you'll need to beat HTS to be the overall Hash winner (he'll still win his age group though, he's undefeated).
