Costumes and preplanning are never required. If you are debating not coming just because you don't have a costume or a dish ready, don't be silly. Just throw on your running shoes & join us. We would much rather have your company than to run without you. But, if you want to plan ahead to make the event more feastive, here is a list of themed events to make the run a little bit more fun.
